The FRP series offers 0201-2512 fully packaged matrices that can be flexibly adapted from micro wearable devices to large industrial cabinets.Its resistance range is extremely wide. At 0.5% and 0.1% accuracy (excluding 0201 package), the resistance value can extend from 100Ω to 1MΩ; at 1% and 2% accuracy (excluding the same 0201 package), the resistance value covers from 1Ω to 22MΩ. At the same time, this series of resistors has an ultra-wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C.Whether in sweltering high-temperature industrial environments or low-temperature outdoor scenes in ice and snow, the FRP series can consistently maintain stable and reliable performance, perfectly adapting to the application needs of most products, greatly expanding the boundaries of the product's use environment.

In industrial motor drive systems, the FRP series 1210 packaged 0Ω resistor breaks through the industry's conventional 10A limit with a current carrying capacity of 12A, and can be directly used in overcurrent protection circuits; the 0805 packaged 1/4W power is doubled compared to similar products, and can effectively suppress surge currents in inverter switching power supplies.Measured data from an automated production line shows that when a servo motor control board using FRP resistors is operated at full load for 24 hours, the component temperature rise is 15°C lower than that of the traditional solution, and the failure rate is reduced by nearly half.
