NEXPERIA's 650 V Two Super Fast Recovery Rectifier Diode Is Encapsulated With D2PAK Real Double Pins, Which Have High Efficiency And High Reliability

Na Meiheng, July 10, 2024: Nexperia launched the 650V of 650V enclosed with D2 PAK True Foot (R2P) today, which can be used for various industries and consumer applications, including charging adapter, photovoltaic photovoltaic, photovoltaic photovoltaic(PV), inverter, server and switch mode power supply (SMPS).

These rectifier diodes combine the design of flat chip technology and the most advanced high -voltage terminal (JTE) design, with high power density, fast switching time, soft recovery ability and excellent reliability.They use D2PAK real double pins packaging (SOT8018). The packaging size is the same as the standard D2PAK packaging, but there are only two pins instead of three (removed the cathode pipe in the middle).In this way, the distance between the pins and the pin increases from 1.25 mm to more than 4 mm, which meets the requirements specified in the IEC 60664 standard and the requirements of the electrical gap.
