伏羲的八卦图和集成电路的二进制确实是有联系的

首先，二进制是由德国哲学家、数学家莱布尼茨在17世纪发明的，他受到中国伏羲八卦的启发发明了二进制。在伏羲八卦中，阴爻和阳爻分别代表0和1，这和二进制中的0和1类似。同时，八卦的六个爻位可以对应六个二进制位，这和现代计算机中的二进制原理是类似的。

因此，可以说伏羲八卦在一定程度上启发了二进制和现代计算机的发展。不过，这只是一个方面的看法，事实上，二进制的原理和电子计算机的发展涉及到很多复杂的科学和技术问题，不仅仅是受到中国古代文化的影响。
